Here are the five colors you must use .

Fun challenge!  Thought this image from Mayzy Art was a good choice for using some wild color combinations - and then I was lucky to find some Basic Grey Design Paper that had most of those same colors.  I used Copics and found the colors that matched as closely as I could - you can see the comparison of color charts at the bottom of this post. After layering everything on black CS, I added the die cut flourishes and pearls.  Usually I do a lot of sculpting of the images I use, but with all the colors I felt there was enough going on.  I also added a flourish inside:

SUPPLIES AND TECHNIQUES

IMAGES:  The focal image is a digi - "Fairy Meri" by Mayzy Art; sentiment is from a set of "Mini Words"

PAPER:  Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# Cover Wt. used for the images; DP is from Basic Grey's "Sweet Threads"; base CS is from stash.

EMBELLISHMENTS: the flourishes are from Cherry Lyn Designs; sentiment tag and black layer below it are with a punch from Stampin' Up; three black half pearls from stash..

INKS:  the image was printed on a Canon PIXMA printer & colored with Copics:
