Fun challenge! Thought this image from Mayzy Art was a good choice for using some wild color combinations - and then I was lucky to find some Basic Grey Design Paper that had most of those same colors. I used Copics and found the colors that matched as closely as I could - you can see the comparison of color charts at the bottom of this post. After layering everything on black CS, I added the die cut flourishes and pearls. Usually I do a lot of sculpting of the images I use, but with all the colors I felt there was enough going on. I also added a flourish inside:
