Smile Cupcake!

It's your Birthday!
I saw this sketch at Bombshell Stamps and really liked it.  I'm using design papers (DP) from K & Company so colors coordinated easily.  Two copies of this freebie digi by Tori Beveridge were colored with Copics - then the frosting layer and the ribbon were fancy cut from the 2nd copy.  These were sculpted and elevated with foam tape over the original.  In addition to the aura around the image, I also taped off the edges of the focal image panel and then sponged in Distress Inks to create the faux frame.  Next the "Smile" was stamped & circle punched - edges inked and it was also mounted on foam tape.  Embellishments include the six "Candi" dots and the faux stitching on the strip of green DP.

EMBELLISHMENTS: Circle is a McGill punch; "Candi" was purchased thru Blitzy

INKS: "Shabby Shutter" Distress Ink was used to create the faux frame; the image was printed on a Canon PIXMA printer & colored with Copics:
