Happy Valentines to "ewe"...

Have you ever seen a Cupid Lamb?  LOL!  Me neither ... but makes for a good sentiment -
"Happy Valentine's Day to Ewe..."

A simple card with a ribbon, faux brads and sparkle on the wings.  Boys don't like a bunch of frou-frou!
TIP:  Just a note on the construction of the faux brads - I used two different sized hand punches (like what you would use to punch a hole in the top of a tag for example) for the little circles.  I used card stock the color I wanted, glued them down to the four corners of each of the two layers and then used Diamond Glaze to make them shiny and rounded like a real brad.  This is a great way to make brads that match your colors.

This card should be eligible for the following
Basic Grey #86 - Love is in the Air
Simon Says - Anything Goes
Crafty Ribbon - Anything Goes with Ribbon
Broken Box #19 - Be My Valentine
Totally Paper Crafts #152 - Make Your Own Embellishments (handmade brads)
Robyn's Fetish #145 - use three hearts (see close-up)

IMAGES:  The focal image and sentiment are by Bugaboo
PAPER:  Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# Cover Wt. used for the images; DP is from Basic Grey's "Sweet Threads"; base CS is Georgia Pacific
EMBELLISHMENTS: Faux brads handmade; ribbon from stash; sparkle for wings is from "Icycle Stickles"
INKS: the image was printed on a Canon PIXMA printer & colored with Copics.

May you color with abandon, create wildly
and always, always, make what amuses you!
