This "Pocketable Puppy" by Birdie Brown is from our prize sponsor and definitely fun! I started with 3 duplicate copies of the image and then paper pieced the pocket and the flowers with DP from Basic Grey. The pup and leaves were colored with Copics. The banners were also cut from Basic Grey papers. After fussy cutting I re-assembled the layers using foam tape for dimension.
Embellishments include hand drawn frame lines around the
edge of the base card, Liquid Pearl "Bisque" used for the centers of the flowers and the banners strung from twine and left free floating so they move with the angle of the card. The inside is finished with the same DP used on the pocket and edged with faux stitching.

The combination of copic colouring and paper piecing looks fabulous. I love the hand drawn frame. It adds such whimsy and really complements the image. What a clever place to use the banner, Ginny! It looks adorable as a pocket embellie.
