The background for this card was created by "ghosting" the Stampendous Border Hats stamped with clear ink and clear embossing powder on a white panel. Distress Inks were applied over the images and the embossed images then wiped clean of the ink. This close up shows that a little better:
The ribbon was tied around that panel and the Red Hat from the Artful Stamper was cut out, sculpted and then floated with foam tape on top.
