Let the Bells Ring...

This image and the sentiment are both from AI, Art Impressions [Bells Ring Set #4682],  it comes with the three unmounted rubber stamps, a die cut and one Action Wobble. 

• Used a Sizzix embossing folder for the cover 
• Colored the image with Copics and used white gel pen to add dots on the scarf & gloves  
• Die cut out the extra 'bootie' to mount on the Action Wobble spring
• Gold Wink of Stella used on the bells for sparkle
• A 1/8th inch hole was punched to insert the ribbon on the left front panel - it was brought around the edge and tied in a bow
• Used SU! punches for the sentiment and it's mat - this was layered over the ribbon hole to hide it

As you can see the you can shake his rear and make the bells 'ring'!  Amuses me - LOL!  If I can find really tiny bells I would love to glue them on.

• Inside has been embossed with a Cuttlebug E-folder that leaves a space for a personalized message 
• The sentiment from a 1994 Annette Allen Watkins rubber stamp has been die cut and elevated on foam tape

I needed a "Hang in There!" card and 

this image and sentiment were perfect!

Aud Sentiments' current challenge is for "Animal[s] plus a Sentiment".  Such an easy challenge - can't imagine anyone in the stamping world not having an animal of some kind!  You can submit up to 5 entries for a chance at the prize and you have till next Tuesday before the deadline!  If you are in a "Brain Drain" and need inspiration - come check out the inspiration from the DT!  Also, check the rules and then git crackin'!

IMAGES: 

• Image is "Honey & Boo Balloons" at Imagine That - Digis by Kris
• For the focal image I used Paper Tole Technique to 3D her head, bow, skirt & balloons. Printed 3 copies, colored them with Copics, fussy cut and 'paper sculpted' the image.  The layers were both glued & elevated with foam tape to achieve dimension.
• Sentiment I used, plus others, are sold in the bundle with the image.
• Her little dress was Paper Pieced with the same papers used for the mat & shaded with Copics.

PAPER:  

• Neenah "Classic Crest Solar White" 80# Cover Wt. used for the image.
• DP used for the mats from Kate & Co's /My Minds Eye - "Oxford Lane".
• Paper scraps left drom the front are used for the inside.

EMBELLISHMENTS: 

• Yellow/Stitched Ribbon from stash.
• Cloud shapes from a die ?? no clue whose?
• Paper Piercing was done on image panel and both mats using a Tim Holtz Piercing Tool and his Ruler with piercing holes in it.
• Uniball Signo White Pen used for highlights on the balloons & the bear's eyes.

INKS:

• Images were printed on an Epson WF-3520 printer 
• Hand colored with Copics:
