TECHNIQUE
[Note: specific information on supplies and sources will be found below under “Supplies”.]- Base card starts with an A2 size of 4.25 x 11" - but before creating a fold I used an embossing die-cut that cuts the shape out of the back [see photo] and embosses a fold line. I did then cut the bottom off to accommodate the extra length created at the top - this maintains the A2 size.
- The front of the card was embossed with a diamond E-folder by Cuttlebug.
- I chose to use this fabulous image from Kenny K named 'Socialite' and colored it with Copics. The focal image panel was then cut with the same die-cut used on the base card, a shear ribbon colored with my Copics was attached around the base and then the panel was mounted using foam tape for dimension.
- Sentiment was punched and mounted on a punched mat. Both were mounted on foam tape to match the depth of the image panel.
