This is my first time to use pre-colored images. These cuties are from a bundle provided by Kris at Imagine That for a challenge that just ended at Aud Sentiments. Because I have been out of circulation for awhile, I missed the release date, but I still want to show you the possibilities.
The purple is a handmade envelope to accommodate the odd size I chose to use for my card base of 6 x 4.25. For my background I ripped strips of paper and then used a lavender Distress Ink and water on the edges. I printed out two copies each of each of the images I would be using [the igloo, two children and the bear cub]. Since they were all pre-colored I could skip the time consuming coloring [I must admit, this part really felt like cheating for me since coloring with my Copics is so much a part of my card making!] The images were all fussy cut, sculpted and layered with foam tape to add dimension. I finished with two of my teammate's word art sentiments - thank you Ginny H! I can see why the popularity of the pre-colored images have grown - for people who don't like to color - or who are under a tight deadline [or just plain really late like me!]
