For me, a fairly clean and simple design. The balloons have been paper pieced from the DP, and as you can see from the angle shot below, were sculpted to give dimension and fastened down with foam tape to the original balloons. The bear itself is colored with Copics and left flat. That image panel and the base card both have been framed with embossed lines using a Scor-It. The only other embellishment is the shear, wide, purple ribbon wrapped around the DP mat.
