National PINK Day 6/23... Card #1

'Expressions Study' provided by Hannah Lynn Art
Who knew?

What can I say?

It's a NATIONAL Day???

OK, I can do pink -  LOL!   So stand back!  I have done two cards  - see my 2nd card above... scroll up.

613 Ave. C has challenged you to "Use Pink" and has a whopper of FOUR sponsors this week - Bugaboo StampsLee's Digi ShopTime for Tea and Hannah Lynn Art!

You know what that means... FOUR prizes available for your efforts!  Use your fingers - that's 4 prizes x a possible 3 entries = 12 chances to win!  Deadline of 6/28 and you don't have to go to the extreme pink option I did - you can see other GREAT ideas from the DT at 613 Ave C.

TECHNIQUE
[Note: specific information on supplies and sources will be found below under “Supplies”.]

  • The base card is a 5x5" gate fold in the Navy Blue CS.  You can see the fold a little better in this 2nd photo.
  • Searched thru stash to find papers that are pink and found these DPs - covered the joint with the lace trim sticker.
  • Colored the image with Copics, matted the panel with the blue CS and inserted the loops of ribbon behind it.
  • Inside the gate fold looks like this:
