This center step base card I covered with blue DP, a simple knotted ribbon and three graduated enamel dots. The sentiment was created on my computer. I used Copics to color the image and the simple background. A rectangle was sketched in and the excess cut away - allowing the back of the boy, his foot and rear tire to be fussy cut outside the frame. A Copic pen was then used to color the edge of the panel and it was elevated on a piece of sticky back foam [from the Dollar Store] to give even more depth to the project.
Create wildly and color with abandon!

Your card is full of 'vim and vinegar' as I used to hear my grandmothers say about kids with lots of spunk and energy and tad bit of mischief in their personalities! Too cute!! Thanks for sharing at PPCC blog! Becca/DT
