Another Birthday Cupcake

I was playing with my camera and found a function I had not tried... so took this "Macro digital" picture of a bag of Werther's Original candies.  Loved the colors!  It became the inspiration for my color palette.

  • I used "Splitz - Cherry on Top Cupcake" from  Lacy Sunshine Designs on another project at the beginning of April and had printed an extra copy at the time... so I colored her up with Copics to make another B'd card... ALWAYS seem to be out of them.
  • Neenah "Classic Crest Solar White" 80# Cover Wt. used for the image.
  • DP from American Crafts' "Hip Hip Hooray" collection used for the background & the flowers .
  • The Scalloped Oval Die Cut used to shape the frame is by Sizzix

  • --? punches used for the flowers & for the flower center
  •  The Shear & Satin wide ribbon from stash.
  •  Uniball Gel Impact pens in Gold and White used for details of the  stitching, sprinkles & highlights.
  • "Antique Linen" & "Tea Dye" Distress Ink used to distress all the edges
  • Images were printed on an Epson WF-3520 printer
  • Hand colored with Copics:
