Fairy & Summer Flowers...

The challenge is Summer Flowers at Craft Your Passion this week.
My personal bias is that I want to be able to mail my cards in a regular A2 envelope,
so I tend to make hand made flowers that will flatten and can still be plumped.

TECHNIQUE
I started with a scrap piece of floral DP covering the base card. All my color choices for the image came from that base layer.  Layer two was the darker pink - I used a lace punch along one edge.  Layer three is white that is punched to look like a trellis - and finally, the focal image panel.
Flowers with pearls

Flowers were punched from scrap pieces of the first two layers and the green vine is punched from scrap vellum.  Pearls were added to the center of the flowers and a shear ribbon added on the left. The image is Lillyskite Fairy #4 from Digital Paper Crafts which can be found on Etsy.  As our prize sponsor, Digital Paper Crafts is providing ___  and has generously provided this fairy image for me to use as a sample card.

Three dimensional image
I printed out three copies of the fairy and colored her with Copics.  She was then cut into layers. sculpted and mounted on foam tape for elevation.
You can see that in the photo on the left.
