He was printed out, colored with Copics and then an embossed frame was created with a Scor-It tool. Tag and punched circles were made for the sentiment, the blue mat layer under the image is embossed with a Cuttlebug folder for texture. The flags were printed on scraps of paper, cut and foam tape elevated on the waxed linen book binding thread that has been sewn thru the spine of the card.
Added a little bling, finished the inside (below) & called it done!
