Welcome Olivia...

 There's a new baby in town!  I had to dig out my baby stamps - this one from PSX from a million years ago. It's still precious and still perfect for the occasion.  The colors I need are perfect for the Color Inspiration Challenge from Just Some Lines. Colored with Copics and Distress Ink used for the background, I mounted on DP and added three buttons from my stash.  Plain and Simple - easy peasy.

EMBELLISHMENTS: Buttons from my stash
INKS: "Stormy Sky" Distress Inks were used to create the faux frame; the image is stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black & colored with Copics:
