Buttoned Down Mad Hatter...

It's a Mo Manning image and it lends itself to wild colors!  After coloring I made the faux frame by putting down Painter's Tape around the image and sponging in toward the center with Distress Inks.  I then used a ribbon punch down the left border and added coordinating ribbon and buttons from my stash.

IMAGES:  The focal image is from Digital Pencil Too  by Mo Manning
PAPER:  Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# Cover Wt. used for the images;  base CS is from my stash.
EMBELLISHMENTS: Ribbon punch is from Martha and the ribbon and buttons are from my stash.
INKS: Shabby Shutter Distress Ink was used to create the faux frame; the image is printed on a Canon PIXMA & colored with Copics:
