TECHNIQUE

- CS is cut to an A2 size with a left fold. Top right corner rounded with a Corner Chomper.
- DP chosen with a "masculine" feel to them from my scrap heap.
- To create the 3D image of Deacon, I used a "Paper Sculpting Technique" that consists of: printing the focal image three times, coloring with Copics, fussy cutting different layers, sculpting the individual pieces [dry embossing each individual piece from the back using a large ball tool] and layering with foam tape to maintain the dimension.
- Keeping the embellishments simple, I went with punched chevron corners and a faux ribbon created with a strip of paper colored with a Copic to match the candle.
