The Way - an adventure...

I missed the Simon Says challenge for "Travel or City Scapes" - but the current challenge is Anything Goes - so I hope they will forgive me for still entering this card. 
This is again the Tim Holtz technique  of Distress Inks on a Craft Sheet, spritzed with water - this time I used glossy coated CS to apply to the resulting color pool.  My concept here is to mimic the Aurora Borealis.  The Die cut is felt and comes in long strips, for scrapbook pages I presume - I merely cut off what I needed.  I mounted the CS on lavender base CS and used matting for the words that also picked up colors from the sky.

SUPPLIES AND TECHNIQUES

IMAGES:  The focal image is a felt die cut from Voila;  words are from self inking stamps - source unknown.

PAPER:  Glossy CS used for the Tim Holtz technique is from stash;  base & other CS used also from stash.

EMBELLISHMENTS: Tab for words are from an SU punch as are the mats behind them.

INKS: Distress Inks (Peacock Feathers, Shaded Lilac & Squeezed Lemon) were used to create the sky; the words are self inking stamps
