This is again the Tim Holtz technique of Distress Inks on a Craft Sheet, spritzed with water - this time I used glossy coated CS to apply to the resulting color pool. My concept here is to mimic the Aurora Borealis. The Die cut is felt and comes in long strips, for scrapbook pages I presume - I merely cut off what I needed. I mounted the CS on lavender base CS and used matting for the words that also picked up colors from the sky.
