"Mimi Stars" is the image here - from Stamp Fairy
will be for someone special - my niece!
I have printed her out twice, colored her with Copics, fancy cut, sculpted and mounted her on foam tape for dimension.   The background layer is glitter paper from a "Tahiti Beach Stack".  I distressed all the layers & mats edges and finished with  a ribbon, star brad, "Icicle" Stickles on her headband stars and her sceptre.  I really like the simple sentiment that seems to go with this image.
Photos below show the inside.

  5. I love Mimi with that fabulous background behind her. The colours are so warm and vibrant. Your colouring and paper sculpting truly bring this simple image to life. The pop of the black matting provides a fabulous contrast. Very cool...or should I say warm? :)

  7. Love the orange-it's so bright and happy. I also love how you backed it on black; it really makes the bright colors even more vivid.
