Vintage images are great fun for me! I merged one over the other to create this card front. The "Socialite" is by
Kenny K. Stamps - which closed almost a year ago. The vintage car is a freebie from
Beyond the Fringe. The sentiment is by
Inkadinkado
I colored the images with
Copics and splattered the background with blue ink. That mat is a dark blue paper liberally sprinkled with silver sparkles. Two slits were cut at the top and bottom right side and a blue satin ribbon was introduced from the back and run around to the back of the mat to secure as an embellishment. I am a big fan of flat, easily & cheaply mailed cards - always looking for ways to add ribbon or embellishments that won't trigger the Post Office clerk wanting another stamp!
Create wildly and color with abandon!
