Happy Birthday Diane!

Happy Birthday Sweet friend!
I smile when I remember how lucky I am to have you as my friend...
And then I laugh, because there is nothing you can do about it!
PROCESS INVENTORY

IMAGES:
  • For the focal image I used Paper Tole Technique to 3D her head, sign and hands. Printed 2 copies, colored them with Copics, fussy cut and 'paper sculpted' the image. Each layer is alternately glued & elevated with foam tape to achieve dimension.
  • Sentiment is Country Impressions [1997]
PAPER:
  • Neenah Classic Crest Solar White 80# Cover Wt. used for the base card
  • DP used for the scalloped frame & for the dragonflies is from My Minds Eye.

EMBELLISHMENTS:
  • McGill punch used for the dragonflies
  • Die Cut used to shape the oval and frame is by Sizzix.
  • Ivy is die cut by Cottage Cutz
  • The teal bow was meant for another project and was lost on my desk for a couple of weeks... but I ran across it when I was making this card and it matched the little girls hair bow perfectly - yea!
INKS:
  • images were printed on an Epson WF-3520 printer
